Fees
– Corporate training, executive coaching, and consulting engagements: customized per engagement; a quote is provided following an initial consultation.
– Online courses: priced individually per course, see the course page for current pricing (Business Communication in Japan: ¥15,000 per seat.

Additional fees
A transaction fee of 3.6% applies to credit card payments. Bank transfer fees are borne by the payer.

Accepted payment methods
Credit card (processed by Stripe) or bank transfer to a JEI account in Japan.

Payment timing
– Credit card payments are processed at the time of purchase or booking.
– Bank transfers are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Timing of service delivery
– Online courses: access is granted immediately of confirmed payment.
– Corporate training, coaching, and consulting engagements: scheduling is agreed directly with the client following consultation; engagements typically begin within 4 weeks of a signed agreement.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
– Online courses: Because content is accessible as soon as payment is confirmed, purchases are final once access has been granted. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a course you’ve purchased, contact us at the email above for a full refund.

– Corporate training, coaching, and consulting engagements: Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in each client’s individual agreement. As a general policy, cancellations made less than five business days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule; cancellations made within 15 business days are subject to a 30% fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
